Who we are

Restore Old Photos is operated by Sava Stosic, a sole proprietor based in Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which we operate.

Using the service

You may use Restore Old Photos to upload photos, purchase credits, and generate restored or colorized results for lawful personal or business use.

Your content

You are responsible for the photos you upload and must have the right to use them. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You keep all rights to your photos; we only use them to provide the Service, and they are automatically deleted 7 days after upload as described in our Privacy Policy.

Credits and payments

Credits are used to restore and colorize your photos. Pricing may change over time. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

If a restoration fails before completion, the credits for that photo are automatically returned to your account so you can try again at no extra cost. Because each restoration uses paid AI processing, credits that have been used to generate a result are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with your order or you believe a charge was made in error, reach us through our contact page and we will review your request and resolve it fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Results

We aim to provide high-quality results, but restored or colorized images are generated with automated AI tools and may vary from photo to photo. We cannot guarantee a perfect result every time.

Availability

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We also may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or violate these terms.

Liability

Restore Old Photos is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
