What families say
“My mom kept everything in a shoebox under the bed. I mailed it in not knowing what to expect, and the scans came back sharper than the prints ever looked. A few water-stained photos of my grandparents are framed in our hallway now.”
“I'd been meaning to digitize my dad's albums for years and kept putting it off. They handled the whole thing — scanning, the scratches, the faded color — and shipped every original back. Worth every penny just to stop worrying about losing them.”
“A torn photo of my parents' wedding came back looking like it was taken yesterday. I actually teared up. Fast turnaround and they kept me updated the whole way through.”
Common questions
Faded, scratched, torn, water-stained, or blurry prints — in color or black-and-white. Mail us prints and album pages of almost any size and we scan them at high resolution. Prefer to upload your own scans? We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP files.
Photos you upload yourself are usually restored in about 3–5 minutes, with live progress as each one finishes. Mail-in orders take longer, since we scan everything and ship your originals back — we'll give you a clear timeframe with your quote.
Uploaded photos and finished restorations are automatically deleted after 7 days, and we never sell your photos or personal information. Payments run through Stripe, so we never see your full card number. With mail-in, every original print is shipped safely back to you.
Because restorations are AI-generated, results can vary from photo to photo. If one fails to process, its credits return to your account automatically so you can try again — and if a finished result doesn't look right, reach out and we'll take another look.
